Stephanie McLarty is Head of Sustainability at Quantum Lifecycle Partners, Canada’s largest electronics reuse and recycling company.

Core Responsibilities

In her role, Stephanie is in charge of building and executing a sustainability strategy across the 12 locations and beyond to help the company’s stakeholders: customers, team and the planet. Quantum has received numerous accolades and awards for their ESG leadership.

Unique Career Pathway

She joined Quantum in January 2022 when Quantum acquired the company she founded, REfficient Inc, a Certified B Corp which served customers in 14 countries in the reuse and recycling of telecom equipment.

Outside of her work at Quantum Lifecycle, Stephanie is also a respected thought leader and host of the podcast, The Circular Future.

Entrepreneurial Activities

Further, she also coaches impact-focused and women entrepreneurs through the Innovation Factory, and runs an 8000+ Facebook community for mom entrepreneurs..
