Before launching her business Leighann had a career in Human Resources that started nearly 2 decades ago, hoping to help people grow in their professional careers.
However, as the early 2000’s took a toll on the economy, corporate HR departments never recovered and She found herself looking for a new way to impact the world.
Leighann made a shift to sales over 10 years ago and found herself marrying the two disciplines together by selling products that directly assisted HR departments.

Finding her voice through her podcast, “Let’s Talk HR – Humanizing the Conversation”, Leighann talks about her lifelong struggle with bio-polar.
