A Memorable Quote the Episode:
“My day is scattered with a bunch health practices to support my optimization so I can do my best work. Unlike most entrepreneurs that focus on quantity over quality, I focus on the quality over quantity. I go about structuring my day intentionally in a way that ensures that I get the most out of my time so I can ensure the rest of my life is optimal in all areas, not just work.”
