Introducing

Brent Jones is an award-winning realtor, Based in Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada, Brent proudly serves buyers and sellers of residential real estate across the Southern Niagara region at every stage of their homeownership journey.

Accomplishment and Award

Having achieved the “Rookie of the Year” award for his first full year with his brokerage in 2019, RE/MAX Niagara Realty, more recently, he won their “100% Club” sales award for the past three years straight: 2020, 2021, and 2022, and is on pace to do it again in 2023.

Community Centred Approach

As a relative newcomer to the town, Brent attributes much of his rapid success to taking a community-focused approach to selling real estate.

Rather than saturating his local market with billboards and radio ads, he prefers to engage by organizing fundraisers, community events, door knocking, content marketing, and finding creative ways to support and promote local businesses and non-profits.

Core Belief

As Brent is often fond of saying, “A good Realtor should be a good community ambassador.” Despite the cliché, it is his belief that people don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.

Podcasting

Finally, Brent’s also the creator and host of a town centric podcast called, The Fort Erie Podcast, which is available on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
